45K SF retail space within Waldorf Shopper’s World. Scope of work included coordinating with Burlington’s national vendors, demolition, interior fit out, renovations to the exterior including EIFS, concrete, stucco, painting, caulking and exterior lighting. Also permit coordination with multiple vendors, challenging floor leveling issues to accommodate the extensive use of tile and VCT. We delivered this project on time and on budget.
