Douglas Development has taken a hybrid model toward its reuse, based on designs by Hickok Cole Architects, renovating the historic property and expanding the space with a new addition to combine for about 22,000 square feet. That will include about 6,800 square feet of ground-floor space planned for either retail or arts space.
