When Barcelona, the award winning Spanish tapas + wine bar, found its way to the Nation’s Capital, WINMAR was the go-to construction management firm to get the work done for the launch of the concept in the region. The Barcelona team partnered with our team to create a Spanish-inspired retreat, right off of Logan Circle.

The rustic details and large open terrace set the state for the classic Spanish cuising and an authentic dining experience. Bartecta was so pleased with the project that WINMAR has been tapped to build subsequent locations, including the Barcelon at Reston Town Center now open.
