Washington, DC 20037

Project Cost

$1M

This project involved a Level 2 alteration of existing office space across multiple floors, focusing on selective demolition, reconfiguration, and finish upgrades. Work included the installation of new partitions, doors, lighting, ceilings, and MEP systems in designated areas, with a mix of full build-out and finish-only improvements depending on the floor.

On the 7th floor, construction included the creation of a new storage closet with complete MEP integration. The 8th and 9th floors were reconfigured with new private offices, requiring partitions, doors, lighting, and mechanical and electrical systems to support daily operations. The 10th and 11th floors received finish upgrades only, refreshing the spaces with new surfaces and aesthetic improvements while leaving core systems unchanged.

The result is a phased renovation that modernized the workplace environment, balancing targeted infrastructure upgrades with finish improvements to provide a cohesive look and feel across multiple levels of the office.
