Duke Ellington School of the Arts’ scope of work included miscellaneous sitework, roofwork, patchwork, interior and exterior painting and new flooring finishes, rough and finish carpentry, complete bathroom and dressing room renovations, stage finishes, additional HVAC and electrical modifications. Also, cafeteria renovations, new lockers, and freight elevator replacement.
