Winmar Construction built this 8,700 Square Feet of retail and office space in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. This project was a two phased occupied renovation in place. The scope of work included construction of multiple perimeter glass front offices, pantry and reception areas, a collaboration room and multiple conference rooms. We coordinated with Fairfax County’s thorough permitting process to maintain the client’s 26 week schedule. Jacobs Engineering Group was the project architect. We completed this project on time and on budget.
