The WINMAR/Dustin Joint Venture worked with Torti Gallas to design and construct this 28,000 SF all new recreation center in southeast Washington, DC. Work began with demolition of the existing building and includes small renovations to the existing pool house and pool. The new recreation center included all new playgrounds, multipurpose room, fitness room, offices, senior lounge, and computer room. The building is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver and will feature a green roof.
