This project is MINDSPACE’s first flagship project in the United States, located in the heart of downtown DC. Construction challenges included coordinating with client vendors outside the US to meet schedule and targeted budget. The space is located below the Washington Post, which required construction noise coordination. Winmar worked with the tenant to meet a challenging construction schedule. The design features multiple open and closed offices in a shared office environment. Featuring demontable partitions, extensive use of glass and shared areas. 30,590 SF of interior tenant fit.
