Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto unveils his signature raw delicacies at the renovated Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach, by Winmar Constructionan, the ultrachic, amber-lit space boasting an indoor-outdoor beverage bar and a massive sushi bar that extends the length of the restaurant. While sushi and sashimi (and an omakase menu) take center stage, the offerings also include imaginative takes on pork gyoza, miso and noodle soups, South Florida seafood and Wagyu beef, plus an extensive list of signature cocktails, shochu and sake.
