Consultatio Real Estate, an Argentinian-based development company, teamed with WINMAR for the construction of the world-class Oceana Bal Harbour’s Sales Center and Showroom in Bal Harbour, FL. The base building, constructed in under 12 weeks, included a 10 foot glass curtain walls with laminated, insulated hurricane rated glass, exterior veneer 12 foot high bookmatched Calacutta Gold Marble and high end finishes throughout.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectanico, the interior included an interactive scale model of the future towers, a model unit showcasing high-end finishes, and offices and meeting space for the sales team and prospective clients.
