WINMAR has provided construction management and contracted services on the most prominent corner in Georgetown, Sagamore Development re-positioned a 12,800 SF retail building located at 3150 M Street NW, in Washington DC.

Our scope of work included adding an internal staircase, complete interior renovation, exterior facade upgrades and underpinning and shoring requirements. After repositioning the building, the building was sold for a record amount within the DC Real Estate market.
