Inside, the rooms are warm and character-filled spaces that take cues
from cities around the world. Reynold’s speakeasy brings retro glamour
to the ground floor filled with extensive wood paneling throughout
the coffered ceiling and walls. Showcasing a mix of modernity and
tradition, Casamara, serves bold Mediterranean flavors in an elevated
setting. Upstairs, a 3,000-square-foot rooftop lounge stuns with skyline
views and a motorized pergola arriving from Italy that tracks the sun’s
movements creating comfort and providing shade. A highly efficient
HVAC system, improved insulation, LED lighting, and water efficient
fixtures and elevators were installed to increase sustainability.
