Located in the heart of Chinatown, this 53,000 square foot building known as Arch Square is located at one of the busiest interactions in DC and commands some of the highest retails rents in the area.

WINMAR led the preservation and adaptive resue project for this building, including the recreation of the basement level, and renovation of up to the fourth floor with modernization to accommodate retail and commercial office space. The multi-use Arch Square has contemporary elevators, escalators, HVAC and other amenities for new tenants and their guests.
