WINMAR Construction completed this project with the DC Department of General Services in Washington, DC. The project is a design build, 30,000 SF, 3 story facility that includes 26 units, as well as ground floor office space for the provision of supportive social services. We worked closely with Shinberg Levinas during the design build process to ensure project success in maintaining cost and schedule. The building mass was carefully constructed to scaled to the same height and length as surrounding buildings. The interior construction includes an open floor plan to allow visibility between spaces.

This is a LEED Silver project included efficient use of construction materials that are durable and therefore sustainable.
