Evin Joyce Haynes, born in Olney, Maryland, and now living on Lake Audubon in Reston, Virginia, has built a career grounded in service and leadership. After graduating high school in 2000, she enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving six years as a Specialist with the 220th Military Police Brigade, where she developed the discipline and teamwork that later defined her business success.
In 2009, Haynes entered the construction industry, drawn to its structure and precision. Known for uniting people and projects, she’s spent more than a decade driving partnerships and growth.
Joining Winmar Construction in 2024, she brought a philosophy shaped by service: discipline, organization, and consistency. “The military taught me to follow through, stay focused, and maintain structure,” she says.
In 2026, she’ll Co-Chair CREW DC’s Professional Development Committee, expanding mentorship and networking for women in real estate and construction.
