From construction sites to the recording studio, Winmar’s VP of Operations embodies balance, creativity, and leadership in harmony.
At Winmar Construction, we believe great leadership is built on balance, creativity, and authenticity. Our
Vice President of Operations embodies these values — leading complex projects across Maryland,
Virginia, and D.C. with precision and purpose, while finding harmony beyond the job site.

In early 2026 the band Mama Rogue will release their alternative rock album and shortly after Paul will release his solo album “It’s About Time”— a reflection of the same discipline, passion, and collaboration that drive his professional success. Both albums are a collection of raw, unafraid and unapologetic chords. For him, music isn’t a departure from leadership; it’s an extension of it.
“Construction and music aren’t so different,” he said. “Both start with a vision, a great team, and the drive to make something that lasts. It’s all about finding harmony in the process.”
The name Mama Rogue was inspired by a restaurant Winmar was developing back in 2015 called Mama Rouge at the Georgetown Waterfront. The Vice President of Preconstruction and longtime friend, Kelly Markland, repeatedly mispronounced it as “Mama Rogue,” and the name stuck. “I loved the sound of it—unique, defiant, and memorable—so I made a note of it, knowing it would make a perfect band name.”
At Winmar, we celebrate the whole person — the BUILDER, the THINKER, the PARTNER. Work/life balance isn’t just a talking point; it’s a foundation for sustained excellence. When leaders bring their authentic selves to work, they inspire teams, strengthen culture, and build more than projects — they build connection and creativity.
Paul’s story is a reminder that at Winmar, success has a rhythm of its own. It’s the sound of leadership in tune with life.

Winmar Construction
BUILDERS. THINKERS. PARTNERS.
