Parkside Residences Reaches Second Floor At 1741 SW 2nd Avenue In Brickell, Miami

Winmar Construction is proud to be a general contractor and share a milestone at Parkside Residences, an eight-story, 187-unit development at 1741 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The second-floor slab is complete, with 664 cubic yards of concrete placed across roughly 26,200 square feet. Developed by BI Group USA and designed by Kobi Karp, with interiors by 2ID Interiors, Parkside will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, plus a rooftop pool deck, fitness and spa facilities, and a coworking lounge. Vertical construction is now moving toward the upper floors, with topping out scheduled for the end of 2026 and delivery anticipated in early 2028.
