POSITION: Vice President of Construction

POSITION DUTIES: Develop and implement strategic plans for construction division growth, market positioning, and operational scalability. Oversee multiple project portfolios across regions, ensuring they align with profitability targets, timelines, and client expectations. Direct executive-level project decisions, including feasibility studies, project selection, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Lead business development efforts in partnership with the executive team to secure high-value contracts and expand market presence. Establish and maintain corporate construction standards, policies, and compliance protocols that exceed regulatory expectations. Supervise regional directors, project executives, and senior construction managers, providing performance guidance and succession planning. Evaluate new technologies, construction trends, and sustainability initiatives to improve operational efficiency and competitive edge. Represent the company in high-level meetings with investors, government officials, and major stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and project analytics, using data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Manage high-risk project negotiations, resolve disputes, and ensure company interests are protected across all construction contracts

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or foreign degree equivalent and 3 years of construction management experience or Bachelor’s degree in  Civil Engineering or foreign degree equivalent and 5 years of progressive construction management experience
